Insurance:

To protect clients’ privacy my practice is self-pay.  Clients wanting to submit to insurance for out-of-network benefits will be provided a complete invoice/statement of charges. Most insurance companies including BCBS, Aetna, and others pay out-of-network benefits to the insured.  It typically is a seamless and easy process to receive reimbursement from your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the following cancellation policy: There is a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please do so within 48 business hours of your session. Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the session. However, if it is less then 48 hours and I am able to fill your session there is no charge. I try my best to fill all open times.
